Franklin Mendoza

 
 

Franklin Mendoza is a Venezuelan circus performer based in Las Vegas, NV, with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in aerial straps, duo aerial straps, corde lisse, teeth hanging, hair hanging, aerial pole, and diabolo. Known for his versatility, precision, and passion, Franklin brings a dynamic presence to every performance.

His career began in 2016 with the group Alas De Búho, performing at the International Theater Festival of Caracas. In 2017, he moved to Argentina to further develop his artistic career. There, he joined the Disney production Momentos Mágicos and, in 2018, performed in Siddhartha: Searching for the Truth, directed by renowned Argentine producer Flavio Mendoza.

In 2019, Franklin took part in several artistic interventions, including Maratón Abasto during the FIBA (Buenos Aires International Festival of Performing Arts), and Recorrido Maravilloso, directed by Valeria Narvaes, as part of the Buenos Aires Biennial of Art. Throughout his career, he has also performed in numerous circus variety shows across Latin America.

In 2025, Franklin was featured in Circus Couture, a Las Vegas circus-fashion fundraiser supporting the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation. He performed a striking hair hanging/teeth hanging duo act, which also earned him first place in the Duo Category at The Elevate Pro Aerial Competition, hosted by Dragonfly Aerial Company.
