Season 12 Pricing

Registration Fees

Pricing is per act, not per performer. (i.e., Performers competing in multiple divisions are required to pay the full registration fee for each act.)

Pricing for Season 13 will be different depending on whether you are performing LIVE or In the Wild, and whether you are competing at Regionals or Nationals.

Ticket Pricing

While most attendees understand that they will be required to purchase tickets, at every Regional and National event our staff receives abuse from a small number of parents, friends, or family members regarding ticket costs. We consider this to be a violation of the Code of Conduct that can impact a performer’s entire team. Be prepared to pay a minimum of $25 per ticket per day at Regionals and a minimum of $50 per ticket per day at Nationals for every attendee, including babes in arms.

Late Fees

Late registrations, late music, late waivers, etc., will only be accepted at the discretion of Aerialympics staff and will require payment of a late fee before the late item is fully accepted. Late fees range from $50 to $125, at the discretion of staff, and will be communicated at the time the request is made.

Change Fees

Changes made after registration incur a fee. These include but are not limited to:

  • Music changes.

  • Division changes.

  • Name changes.

Any other changes that require time and effort or need to be double checked to reduce the possibility of error.

Change fees range from $50 to $125, at the discretion of staff, and will be communicated at the time the request is made.

Performers changing from LIVE to In the Wild will not incur a change fee if the change is made up to 2 weeks before competition weekend. Changes made within the 2 week period before competition weekend will incur a change fee.

Performers changing from In the Wild to LIVE must pay the difference between the two registration fees in addition to change fees listed previously.

Additional Fees

Plan for additional potential and optional costs:

  • Workshops (offered at all events at various price points)

  • Tickets (details per event posted on the website)

  • Photo/video costs

  • Change fees

  • Merchandise

  • Travel

  • Additional related costs

Refund Policy

If you need to drop from the competition for any reason, you will receive a refund based on timing, regardless of why the drop is made. The amounts kept by Aerialympics reflect what we believe to be the fair costs we incur while moving you through the event registration and scheduling processes.

This refund schedule applies to all individual performers at all levels in all age groups, including showcase performers. If you drop:

  • Before registration closes, you will be refunded your registration payment minus 20% administration fee.

  • Within the week after registration closes, you will be refunded your registration payment minus 30% administration fee.

  • More than a week after registration closes and more than a week before the first day of the competition, you will be refunded your registration payment minus 50% administration fee.

  • Within a week of the first day of the competition, you will be refunded your registration payment minus 70% administration fee.

  • On or after the first day of the competition, you will be refunded your registration payment minus 90% administration fee.

If you wait until check-in time to inform us of the drop, you will not be given a refund. If you are a coach who does this more than once, you may incur additional consequences, such as being asked to only participate In the Wild.

If you purchased videos and need to drop, you will be refunded all but a $5 administration fee. If you purchased photo packages, workshops, or any other non-registration goods or services, refunds will be dictated by the photographer or host studio, as applicable.

No refunds may be made after you perform either in person or as an adjudicated recording. If the event is cancelled by Aerialympics for any reason, we will issue full refunds for registrations, photos, and videos for that event.  We are not responsible for travel costs, training costs, costumes, tickets, or any other costs you may incur in order to prepare for or attend the event.

All refunds must be requested in writing. All refunds are made to the credit card used to make the original payment. Only payments made directly to Aerialympics are eligible for refunds. Only the person who made the original payment may request a refund. Dropping from the event will not automatically trigger the refund process. Refunds will not be given for drops resulting from violations of the Code of Conduct or disqualification as listed in the Competitor Packet.
