Janice Velasco Gruenberg

By day, Janice @janice.on.air leads the ASEAN account management team of a multinational IT firm—often on stilettos from morning to night. By evening, she takes flight.

An international podium-winning aerial silks athlete, Janice trains relentlessly in her home studio, with her husband as her trainer and biggest supporter, Alan, whom she fondly calls "Coach A."

She founded “Coach A Cup” in 2023 as a small, intimate competition of seven athletes. Since its inception, her family has faithfully organized the event each year, which has grown to be an international aerial silks sport competition, nurturing its growth into a true celebration of sportsmanship, artistry, and community.

More than medals, Janice believes in lifting others as she rises- building friendships, fostering connection, and proving that with passion and perseverance, you can soar in every role you choose.
