An Australian artist with over a decade of international professional experience, Knox brings a highly informed and industry-driven perspective to the judging panel. She has performed on prestigious stages around the world and has worked with Cirque du Soleil as an Act Development Coach, contributing to the creation, refinement, and evaluation of performance work at the highest professional level.

Alongside her performance career, Knox has held senior leadership roles as a Circus Arts Manager and Artistic Director, overseeing creative direction, artist development, and production strategy within professional circus environments. These roles have equipped her with a deep understanding of both the artistic and operational demands of elite performance contexts.

With extensive experience teaching and mentoring internationally, Knox has worked with professional and pre-professional artists across the globe, supporting technical excellence, originality, and sustainable career development. Now based in the UK, she currently serves as Studio Manager and Logistics Coordinator for a studio and talent agency in Essex, where she continues to shape and support high-calibre circus and aerial talent.
