LOCAL INVITATIONALS | October 15 - December 7, 2025…. PLUS 2026 dates!
This event is open to everyone, at any level of ability, anywhere in the world!
Local Invitationals require an invitation by the host studio. Local studios may host a Local Invitational on approval by Aerialympics staff. Standard competition rules apply. Local Invitationals may also be scheduled to coincide with Regional events and Nationals and are not limited to this special judging session.
This event is a qualifier for Nationals. Points earned here will increase your chances of being invited to compete in person at Nationals, whether you sign up for the LIVE or In the Wild option. Winning at a qualifier does not guarantee your invitation to compete in person at Nationals. See our Leaderboard page for details. 2026 dates will be posted in January 2026.

Waivers (2 Required when competing LIVE)
ALL Performers (LIVE and In the Wild) are required to sign an Aerialympics waiver before performing.
All LIVE performers are required to sign a waiver for the venue hosting the Local Invitational. See host studio page for details.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Registration Opens - At Host Studio discretion
Registration Deadline - Thursday, November 20 (See host studios for details on payment.)
Music Deadline - Per host studio (See host studio for details on how and when they need you to share your music.)
Waiver Deadline - Per host studio (Videos received without an Aerialympics waiver will not be put before the judges.)
Video Upload Deadline - Monday, December 8 (All videos must be submitted to Aerialympics for judging by this date)
Additional Opportunities - If your studio wishes to hold competitions during additional months, contact us to determine which regional your comp will align with.

Additional Dates - Local invitationals held in conjunction with our regular regionals are subject to In the Wild dates for those regionals.
